This page contains the terms and conditions for all promotions on this website. Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these conditions. Additional terms and conditions will be posted on each individual promotion page.
1. GENERAL: Any entry to any promotions on this Facebook Page and/or website, is deemed bound by these terms and conditions.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY to enter or join any promotions. All promotions are completely FREE. Void where prohibited.
Promotions are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, or Instagram.
The Promoter is Charlotte Anne (dp.charchar[at]gmail.com).
Charlotte Anne reserves the right to amend any information, terms and conditions with or without notice.
2. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotion will run for the amount of time specified on the associated blog post. All entries must be received by the advertised closing date and time. Entries sent after the closing date and time will not be considered.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Open to all Philippine residents, aged 13 years and over. If under the age of 18, please secure parent's permission. Promotions are also open to International residents where the promotions are not legally prohibited, UNLESS otherwise stated on the promotion post/page.
Charlotte Anne's business directors, retailers, suppliers, management, employees, or contractors of the Promoter, and other agencies, firms, or companies associated with the Promotion (including sponsors or suppliers of prize/s), and their immediate families are ineligible.
4. WINNER/S SELECTION: One (1) winner will be chosen per promotion, UNLESS otherwise stated that there is more than (1) winner.
The winner/s may be published on www.charlotteanne.net, Charlotte Anne Facebook page, Twitter account, and/or other social media platforms 1-10 (one to ten) days after the specified end date. Charlotte Anne reserves the right to publish the results, and may include the photo of the winner in the media.
The winner/s are notified 1-10 (one to ten) days after the specified end date sent to their FACEBOOK ACCOUNT and/or E-MAIL only that he/she provided.
5. CLAIMING THE PRIZE: To claim the prize, the winner/s must reply to the "winner notification email", accept and confirm the prize within 72 hours (1-3 days), or another winner will be picked.
The winner will be asked by Charlotte Anne (of www.charlotteanne.net) to provide their personal information such as email, name, address, contact number/s, and other contact details for the prize/s to be sent.
Prizes are sent via JRS, LBC, PhilPost, standard airmail or courier. Once the courier take possession of the package, Charlotte Anne and/or its associated agencies and companies during the promotion is no longer liable for damage or delay in the transit of prizes or if prizes goes missing. Events outside Charlotte's Anne control shall be considered force majeure.
If electronic prize/s (such as e-vouchers, e-gift cards, e-gift certificates), voucher codes or printable gift cards may be sent along with the winner notification email. Please take note that the e-vouchers/e-giftcards may or may not have any expiration date. Charlotte Anne is no way responsible once the e-vouchers/e-gift cards expired.
* Prize/s are listed on the individual giveaway and competition post/pages. Retail value of the prize/s may not always be identified.
* Where applicable, import duty of the prize is the responsibility of the winner.
* Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) of the prize may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the winner's own expense.
* All prizes are non-transferable and there are no cash alternatives.
6. SPONSOR: Charlotte Anne (Promoter) is the host of the giveaway and is in no way to be considered the Sponsor, unless the promotion specifically discloses that Charlotte Anne is the Sponsor. The Sponsor is responsible for shipment and delivery of giveaway product.
The Sponsor is responsible for prize fulfillment within 90 days (or 3 months) of the winner providing requested mailing information. Charlotte Anne (Promoter) is held harmless for failure on the part of Sponsor to fulfill prizes to said winners. In the event the prize has not been received by the winner within 120 days (or 4 months), is to email Charlotte Anne for follow up (dp.charchar[at]gmail.com).
Charlotte Anne will put forth reasonable attempts in order to contact the sponsor for details regarding prize fulfillment. Should more than 180 days (or 6 months) have lapsed before the winner contacts the Promoter about not receiving a prize, the Promoter will not follow up with the Sponsor and is not liable. The winner forgoes any prizes after 180 days (or 6 months) without follow up.
7. TERMINATION/CANCELLATION: If for any reason the promotions are not capable of running as planned for, Promoter or Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion.
8. DISCLAIMER: Events outside Charlotte Anne's control, which is not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure, meaning that Charlotte Anne and/or its associated agencies and companies is released from Charlotte Anne's obligations to fulfill contractual agreements. Example of such events are government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes or lack of delivery from suppliers. The force majeure also includes government decisions that affect the market negatively and products, for example, restrictions, warnings, ban, etc.
Charlotte Anne accepts no responsibility for any problems or technical malfunction of any communication network or for any late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise. Charlotte Anne has no control over telephone communications, networks or lines and accepts no responsibility for any problems associated with them, whether due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. Charlotte Anne is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) any costs incurred.
Charlotte Anne, and/or its associated agencies and companies and the agencies and companies associated with the Promotion (including Blogs, Facebook, Forum, & Twitter if the Promotion is conducted via a Facebook Platform, Blogs, Forum, & Twitter) will NOT be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with the promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
9. DISCLOSURE: Charlotte Anne may or may not have received the same prize and/or compensation in order to facilitate a review for promotion purposes. The comments made within the post are in no way reviewed, edited or influenced by any parties, including the Sponsor. All opinions are 100% that of Charlotte Anne.
