Wanderlust

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn’t do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines, sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover." – Mark Twain

I want to travel the world. All my life I've been dreaming of travelling the world and here I am just waiting for that to happen. I really wish for that to come true, then I'll be the happiest "kiddo" in the world. I have a lot of places in mind, in fact, I have a bucket "long" list of places I want to go to.

Just a partial list of cities I want to travel...

New York. I want to see skyscrapers, book a hotel room at Time Square, and watch a movie at the cinema. I want to climb up high the Empire State Building and take a view of the whole city from the top.

Paris. The city of love. I just don't want to see the place on photographs I want to step foot on that place. I want to watch performances at Moulin Rouge, visit the The Louvre, be a princess for a day at the Luxemburg Palace, take a photo of the Eiffel Tower and Arc de Triomphe.

Tokyo. Probably the first place I will visit at Japan is the city of Tokyo. I want to wear Yukata while eating ramen somewhere at Tokyo streets. I want to visit Meiji Shrine and write my wishes on little pieces of paper and tie them onto the prayer wall. Take a picture with Mickey Mouse and friends at Tokyo Disneyland, cross the busiest intersection at Shibuya, take a cooking class, and see the cherry blossoms myself at Ueno Park.

Venice. The first thing I would do is to probably board a boat and take a tour at Grand Canal and Gondola. Have a gelato at Boutique del Gelato, take an art class, slip on a mask and join the Carnevale and probably tie the knot at Juliet's Window.

    1. It might be a dream too elusive but I think if I'll work hard for this it might be not just a dream anymore. :)

  3. I want to travel too but maybe I will start it here in our country. I feel like it's lonely to travel in different country alone. Though I am interested to have a picture of me beside the leaning tower of pisa

    1. That'd be a great idea! You gave me a plan. I think I should start traveling in our own country then if I'm brave enough to travel a foreign land then I might give it a go.

    1. Irish, I agree with you. We adults, should invest on memories. Travels and adventures are more fun rather than buying tons of gadgets.

  9. Just like you, I've always wanted to travel and I think, most girls really would like to travel to these places too. But it takes a lot of preparation (and savings!) for these kind of travels.
